Do I Have to Have Someone Full-Time or is Part-Time Ok?

Yes! you can choose to either have someone full-time or part-time, depending on your needs. Our minimum requirement is 3 hours a day or 60 hours per month. It’s up to you how to manage the time with the VA. Having someone full-time gives you the most flexibility and lets you get the most out of your VA. However, if you only need someone for a few hours a week or month, then a part-time VA may be a better option for you.

Do I Need to Direct Hire the Virtual Assistant?

No, you don’t need to hire a virtual assistant directly. The hiring is through the agency and also the payment, and you don’t need to worry about bureaucratic barriers. We take care of all the bureaucracy and social matters. You can enjoy getting a fast and professional employee.

What Will be the Cost for a VA?

The cost for a VA can range from $8 to $10 per hour, depending on your chosen package, as you can see above. This includes both the VA’s fee and the agency’s fee. There is no additional cost beyond the one-time signing fee of $100.

If I Commit, Am I Locked Into Any Contracts?

No, you are not locked into any contracts. You can cancel our services anytime, and there are no cancellation fees. However, we do ask for a minimum of 14 days’ notice. At that point, you can choose to get your money back or get a replacement VA.

If the VA is not Attending to Work, What Should I Do?

If your virtual assistant is not attending to work, the first thing you should do is try to understand what happened. There may be a perfectly good explanation for why they were unable to work. If you’re unable to get in touch with your VA or they’re unresponsive, we will help you to understand what happened. We’ll do our best to get in touch with them and help resolve the issue. However, we encourage you to communicate directly with your VA as much as possible. EIVA is not meant to be a replacement for communication between you and your VA. We’re simply a bridge between the two of you.

How Do I Communicate with my VA?

Typically, you’ll communicate with your employee via email, WhatsApp, Skype, or depending on your preferred platform.
